He has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and private equity investments. Mr. Baker serves on the Board of Directors of Enlyton Inc. (cloud-based enterprise search), Fluid Innovation Inc. (intellectual property monetization) and New Perspectives Inc. (biotechnology commercialization).
